TUBE BENDING

Industrial Consortium is a fabricator of high quality tubing assemblies. We can create tube fabrication to 3/8 inch diameter using materials such as stainless, carbon steel, copper, aluminum, brass, inconel, nickel alloy and titanium. We provide help to your company throughout the manufacturing cycle from design and prototyping to production. We offer solutions to the most difficult problems with our in-house engineering staff.

Capabilities: assembly, precision low-temperature brazing of stainless steel with no discoloration, end forming, end flattening, slotting and notching, riveting, flaring and crimping, swaging, precision cutting, precision machining, multiple angle bending, passivation and other chemical treatments and finishes, such as sand/bead blasting, painting/powder coating, plating, anodizing, buffing and polishing.

Industrial Consortium has forming devices including CNCs, rollers, heat bending and more. We can fabricate round and oval tubing. Our company works to tolerances up to + or — .001.
